Problem
Clinical diagnosis of cognitive deficits today relies on heterogeneous test forms, manual evaluation and distributed data sources — creating friction, inconsistencies and delayed diagnoses.
Solution
A React-based dashboard mockup that shows how standardised cognitive tests could be captured digitally, biomarker values integrated, and the clinical workflow from assessment to report represented in a structured way.
Target audience
A conceptual design for neurology practices, memory clinics and cognitive research groups in the German-speaking region — specialists who still largely rely on paper-based diagnostics.

Roadmap
Current state: Interactive frontend prototype with full assessment flow (CERAD-Plus, MMSE, MoCA, CDT), biomarker display (ATN cascade), MRI scoring, medication management, PDF report and role-based access control. Next steps: migration to TypeScript, backend integration with PostgreSQL, evaluation talks with a Swiss memory clinic, review of a FHIR interface for lab systems.
Guided by literature
The interface draws visual and structural inspiration from publicly available specialist literature and quality recommendations — including Swiss Memory Clinics 2024, NIA-AA 2024 Revised Criteria, CERAD-Plus (Memory Clinic Basel), Sperling 2024 on ARIA classification and the PRISCUS / FORTA lists for medication safety. This is a design-level reference, not a verified or validated implementation.
